Carl Pray

Carl Pray is a Distinguished Professor in the Agricultural, Food and Resource Economics Department, Rutgers University. His PhD in Economic History is from the University of Pennsylvania. His research is on agricultural science and technology policy in Asia, Africa, and Latin America. He has published eight books and 100+ articles in journals such as Science, Nature, AJAE, AEPP, EDCC and Research Policy. He was President of International Consortium for Applied Bioeconomy Research for 14 years and is on their Board.
