Controlling Law; Forum Selection

These Terms shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to conflicts principles. A court of competent jurisdiction in Milwaukee, Wisconsin shall be the exclusive forum for the resolution of any dispute between you and AAEA, and you irrevocably consent to the personal and subject matter jurisdiction, and venue, of such court.
