Connecting Entrepreneurship and Regional Food Networks

New Choices Magazine theme of articles

In a new theme published online by Choices Magazine, the collection of articles identify and examine how entrepreneurship influences the process of organizing strategies to support farming and communities. “The Linkages between Entrepreneurship and Sustainable Regional Food Networks” gathers works that discuss potential impacts of the “local food” movement, motivations for environmentally sensitive production, selected organizations that underpin the support system for entrepreneurship, and importance of creating and sustaining entrepreneurial relationships.

If you are interested in setting up an interview one of this theme’s authors, please contact Allison Scheetz in the AAEA Business Office.
