Plenary Sessions take place in the main event hall at the venue. Plenary Speakers consist of a Keynote Address, Presidential Address, Fellows Address, and the Galbraith Forum.

The cost to attend a luncheon and/or banquet, is not included in the Annual Meeting Registration cost. You may register for a luncheon or banquet while registering for the Annual Meeting or by calling (414) 918-3190. Registration will open in early March, 2017.
Pre- & Post-Conference Workshops are events that take place the day before the Annual Meeting as well as the day immediately following the conference. This includes specifically focused topical workshops, and sections events and tours.
The AAEA Annual Awards and Fellows Ceremony recognizes professional excellence in agricultural and applied economics. Students, early career professionals, and experienced members are selected on the basis of their achievements in research, teaching and extension activities. It also recognizes AAEA Fellows, AAEA's most prestigious honor.
An AAEA Annual Meeting tradition, Reunions & Receptions are hosted by universities and other institutions. New this year, receptions will take place on both Sunday and Monday evenings to provide double the opportunity to raise a glass with friends, colleagues, and acquaintances old and new.
