The AAEA Employment Center connects employers and applicants both electronically and in person.  Details below show the ways that both can participate and schedule interviews

Employers

Employers may register for the entire 3-day Employment Center, which takes place Sunday through Tuesday.

3-day Employment Center registration ($400) includes:
-One table at the on-site Employment Center
-Additional space for interviews/networking on Monday and Tuesday
-Unlimited job postings on the AAEA job board through the end of the Annual Meeting

Employers who are at the meeting only to participate in the Employment Center do not have to be registered for the Annual Meeting. If you plan to participate in other meeting activities, then you must also be registered for the Annual Meeting.

Applicants
Applicant registration is FREE. Interested candidates should sign up for the Employment Center through the AAEA Job Board. Job seekers will be able to register for the Employment Center while on-site at the annual meeting; however, we recommend registering in advance and scheduling interviews prior to arriving in D.C. Applicants must be registered for the Annual Meeting in order to participate in the Employment Center.

Scheduling Interviews
Applicants and employers are responsible for scheduling their own interviews. To make the most of your time in D.C., we strongly recommend that interviews be scheduled in advance of arriving at the meeting; however, scheduling interviews on-site is certainly allowed.

If you have any questions regarding the Employment Center please contact Sarah Kenner (skenner@aaea.org).
