  1. The Craft industry tour will highlight three craft beverage manufacturers in NOLA with a variety of experience and charm. The tour starts at Miel Brewery, https://www.mielbrewery.com/our-brewery/. Miel (pronounced ME-ELLE) Brewery and Taproom was first conceived in 2016 by Alex Peyroux and Janice Montoya, a couple of nerds with a love of science and all things art.
  2. Following a discussion, and some tastings, we will head to our second stop at Roulaison Distilling Company, http://www.roulaison.com/ . Raulasison was launched in late 2016 and it remains intentionally small to this day producing rum with local ingredients and innovation in mind.
  3. After enjoying a flight of tastings there, our last stop will be the colorful Urban South Brewery, http://www.urbansouth.com . Urban South Brewery is located at Tchoupitoulas Street, one of the largest-scale amongst many local microbreweries. There, we’ll chat with the team of brewers who combine “European heritage of beer-making with the brashness of American styles.”

We will be traveling from location to location via Uber vouchers.
