With the Hybrid 2021 AAEA & WAEA Joint Annual Meeting just a little over three weeks away, there are still a couple of deadlines to watch out for before the meeting begins. Austin on Demand Issue 3 will cover cut off dates as well as go over what you can do to make the most of your time in Austin for those of you attending in person.
AAEA has coordinated with the JW Marriott Austin to secure a room block and a guest rate of $199 per night. In order to receive a room under this rate, you must book before July 15, 2021. After that date, you would not be eligible for the AAEA rate and would need to book separately with the hotel.
Please be aware of any scam accounts that may be contacting meeting attendees. To ensure your privacy and accurate booking, please book only directly with the hotel through the AAEA link here. If you have any questions or concerns about booking or the hotel, please feel free to reach out to Mary Annen at email@example.com or (414) 918-3190.
Thursday, July 15, 2021 is also the deadline for advanced registration. Beginning on July 16, registration prices will increase and if you are attending in person, you will need to register onsite. Virtual registration will remain open. Register here to receive the reduced price.
