AAEA invites you to register for the hybrid 2021 AAEA & WAEA Joint Annual Meeting in Austin, TX August 1-3. Most meeting events will take place at the JW Marriott Austin hotel with virtual options live streaming or available through Zoom. Registration rates are outlined further down in this email.

This year there are a number of luncheons and pre/post-conference workshops to choose from. Review the Section Lectures & Luncheons , WAEA & WEC Business Luncheon and reserve a spot. Space is limited, so register early to reserve a place to hear the lecture, enjoy lunch, and network! This year we also have four pre-conference and three post-conference workshops, all of which offer great educational opportunities. If you are interested, be sure to register early and reserve your hotel room for the extended day.

| *Guest Registration: Attendees are encouraged to bring spouses, friends, and family to the Annual Meeting. All such attendees must register as guests in order to participate in meeting activities, at the cost of $60 per guest. Children under the age of 16 may attend the meeting for free. Guests include any interested party not professionally in the field of agricultural economics or applied economics, or a related discipline. Registered guests will receive a name badge and are invited to attend the Welcome Reception at no additional charge. | ||
| Cancellation/Changes: Cancellations of meeting registrations are subject to a $50 processing fee. After July 15, no refunds will be given for meeting registrations or special event tickets. If AAEA cancels the 2021 Annual Meeting, any paid registration fee will be refunded. Selected Presentation presenters should have received an email with a survey regarding your presentation preference (in-person or virtual). Please make sure you complete the survey by May 27th. We will contact everyone with scheduling details sometime in June. If you did not receive the survey email, please contact the AAEA Business Office at info@aaea.org.
