Registration Desk Location and Hours
You can pick up your registration materials, including your name badge at the AAEA Registration Desk in the Hyatt Regency. The Registration Desk is located on the main level of the hotel in the Nicollet Promenade. Registration will be open:
- Saturday, July 26: 4:00 pm – 7:00 pm
- Sunday, July 27: 7:30 am – 7:30 pm
- Monday, July 28: 7:30 am – 5:00 pm
- Tuesday, July 29: 7:30 am – 4:00 pm
Don’t forget to download the Annual Meeting Mobile App to your device before heading to Minneapolis. Browse through the sessions and plan out your personal schedule. Start tweeting your 2014 Annual Meeting experiences by using #aaea2014. Limited copies of the printed final program will be available onsite; go green this meeting by using the mobile app! The final program is also available on the annual meeting website.
New This Year!
Based on attendee feedback AAEA has removed the breakfast in the mornings on Monday and Tuesday and instead will offer coffee/tea in the morning and again in the afternoon on both days. Also new this year all Selected Posters will be on display throughout the whole meeting, from Sunday-Tuesday. Visit with poster authors during Sunday’s poster reception from 7:00 pm – 8:00 pm in the Hyatt Exhibit Hall. The first 500 attendees will receive a free drink ticket.
Onsite Tickets – First-come, First-served
There are a limited number of tickets available for the speaker series luncheons, banquets, and post-conference workshops. Tickets will be available for purchase on a first-come, first-served basis at the onsite registration desk. No tickets will be sold the day of the event.
Traveling from the Airport to the Meeting
Minneapolis St. Paul International Airport (MSP) is located about 20 minutes from the Hyatt Regency. Attendees have a number of options for transportation to and from the airport including but not limited to the Light Rail, SuperShuttle and taxis. Professional Headshots Available
AAEA has once again hired a professional photographer to take personal headshots for attendees on Sunday from 11:00 am – 3:00 pm in Alcove D, located right outside of Nicollet Ballroom D.

Come recognize the accomplishments of your colleagues at the AAEA Awards and Fellows Ceremony that takes place on Monday, July 28 in Nicollet ABC from 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm.

Download the list of meeting attendees to find the names and e-mail addresses of those registered for the meeting. Please note: attendees were given the choice to opt-out of this list while registering. A limited number of copies of the attendee list will be available onsite at the registration desk.
