Printed programs will not available at the 2022 AAEA Annual Meeting. All session and presentation details will be located on the Mobile App. Download the 2022 AAEA Annual Meeting Mobile App by visiting the Apple App Store or Google Play and searching for "AAEA – 2022 annual meeting.”
Registration is required for use of the app, so be sure to register as a virtual or in-person attendee to get your unique link!
You should have also received a link on Monday and/or Wednesday accessing the meeting platform. Please contact us at email@example.com if you have any further questions about the app.
There are a limited number of tickets available for the speaker series luncheons and post-conference workshops. Tickets will be available for purchase on a first-come, first-served basis. No tickets will be sold the day of the event. If you would like to register on-site for a ticketed event, simply stop by the registration desk located in the Platinum foyer of the Anaheim Marriott.
The registration desk is also where you will pick up your name badge and ask any questions.
As a benefit to everyone attending the Annual Meeting in person, a photographer is available for professional headshots.
This is a great opportunity to have your professional picture taken! Digital Images will be available, at no cost, after the Annual Meeting.
AAEA’s Annual Business Meeting will take place on Monday, August 1 at 8:00 am in the Platinum Ballroom 5&6 and will be LiveStreamed. Be sure to review the minutes from last year’s meeting and the agenda before you arrive.
As a reminder, we will provide a laptop in all of the onsite concurrent session rooms. Please plan on bringing your presentation on a thumb drive and adding it to the laptop in the room prior to the start of your session. Please view the Zoom informational document for details regarding the virtual aspect of the annual meeting.
The AAEA Board has decided to offer a Zoom option in all of the concurrent session rooms in Anaheim. This means if you are unable to attend in person, you will have the opportunity to view any of the concurrent sessions taking place onsite at the meeting via the meeting platform. All Zoom links are listed in the meeting platform and app.
