AAEA will have childcare onsite at the 2020 Annual Meeting in Kansas City, MO. Childcare will be available Sunday, July 26 -Tuesday, July 28, 8:00 am – 8:00 pm each day for children 6 months to 12 years. You must pre-register for childcare. REGISTRATION: To assure that your child has a place, please pre-register by July 20, 2020.
The onsite childcare services will be provided by Accent on Children’s Arrangements, Inc. (ACCENT), which will design and run a children’s program called CAMP AAEA.
CAMP AAEA will offer age-appropriate activities for children ranging from 6 months to 12 years of age (separated into age-appropriate groups) including curriculum-enriched, hands-on, creative activities, arts & crafts projects, active games, and more.
ACCENT will staff CAMP AAEA with teacher professional childcare providers who have completed ACCENT’s specialized training program. In addition, ACCENT’s onsite supervisors are CPR and Pediatric First Aid certified.
CAMP AAEA will run for all three Annual Meeting days as follows:

The AAEA will cover the overall management fee to hire ACCENT to establish the onsite childcare facility. The parent is responsible for ACCENT's standard rate for childcare is listed below:

Interested parents also will be able to sign their children on via on-site registration, which will remain open throughout the Annual Meeting and will be located directly at the Kansas City Marriott Downtown at the onsite childcare facility. AAEA strongly recommends Advance Registration, to ensure that you have access to this service for the time slots you desire.

If your schedule changes, ACCENT need as much notice as possible. ACCENT will accommodate you as best as they can, based on availability. You will receive a refund for a cancellation received in writing at ACCENT’s offices no later than July 20, 2020. No refunds will be issued after that date. “No shows” receive no refund. This policy is to insure proper ACCENT staffing, which is in the best interest of your child(ren).
