Attendees will have the chance to attend a number of pre- and post-conference workshops, concurrent sessions, plenary sessions featuring invited speakers, and speaker series luncheons & reception. The meeting provides researchers an outlet to present their work, while there will also be countless opportunities for attendees to network throughout the annual meeting.

The last day to register for ALL workshops is July 5, 2017. If you are registering only for a pre- or post-conference workshop or would like to add a workshop or luncheon after you register, please download the registration form and submit with payment to info@aaea.org or fax the form to the AAEA Business Office (414) 276-3349.

On March 27, AAEA sent out all Selected Presentation notifications. Notifications are also available online when you log into your “my account.” Contact info@aaea.org if you have any questions about your notification. Later this month, accepted presenters will receive session information and directions to upload papers or posters to our website by May 24, 2017. Remember, the deadline for presenters to become AAEA members and to register for the meeting is also May 24, 2017!

The AAEA Trust seeks applications for Early Career Professional and Graduate Student Travel Grants. These are available for both domestic and international meeting attendees. The grants will defray housing and transportation costs associated with attending the 2017 AAEA Annual Meeting in Chicago, IL on July 30 – August 1. The application deadline is May 25, 2017.
