The AFM Section was organized to bring together members interested in the topical areas of agricultural and applied finance, credit markets and financial institutions, farm and agribusiness management, financial performance and investment strategies, international and micro-finance, land economics, price analysis and forecasting, risk management, and rural economies and development. This section aims to communicate our work to domestic and international audiences providing analysis of the financial performance of agricultural firms and to inform policy and regulatory designs which impact the profitability and sustainability of farms and agribusinesses.
