| March 14 | Waiver Requests for Membership and/or Registration Requirements for AAEA Session Participants Due |
| May 28 | All Presenters Must Be Registered for the Annual Meeting and a Member of AAEA |
| May 28 | Completed AAEA Selected Papers and Posters Due to AgEcon Search |
May 28 Deadline for Presenters
All presenters, moderators, discussants, and panelists at the Annual Meeting must by May 28:
- Be a 2014 member of AAEA
- Register for the Annual Meeting
- Completed paper or poster submitted to AgEcon Search
If these deadlines are not met, the corresponding presentation/session will be withdrawn from the program.
