AAEA Foundation Operating Policies

In April of 2006, a special election was held by the AAEA membership. That election dissolved the AAEA Foundation as a governance structure separate from AAEA's governance. The Foundation Board was dissolved, and the new Foundation Endowment Committee was formed. Foundation operations were merged into the AAEA Operating Policies.
