Deadlines for Joint Annual Meeting Presenters

If you had a submission accepted for presentation in Washington, DC there are three upcoming deadlines that you'll want to keep in mind. All presenters, panelists, and discussants must:

  1. Be a 2013 AAEA or CAES member
  2. Register for the Joint Annual Meeting
  3. Upload final versions of Selected Papers and Posters to AgEcon Search

The deadline for these requirements is Monday, June 3. If these requirements are not met by June 3 your presentation will be withdrawn on June 4.

Presenters:
All presenters, panelists, and discussants at the Joint Annual Meeting will need to be a 2013 AAEA or CAES member and registered for the meeting by June 3. This requirement is stipulated by the AAEA Executive Board in the AAEA Operating Policies. If you are a presenter and have any questions about this or are having someone else present in your place, please contact Sarah Kenner at skenner@aaea.org

AgEcon Search
AgEcon Search is once again making Selected Presentation content from the Joint Annual Meeting available online for those who are interested in learning more about a specific presentation. The requirements for presenters in Selected Presentations are:

  • Selected Papers: A full version of the final paper should be uploaded by June 3.
  • Selected Posters: A PDF of the final poster should be uploaded by June 3.
