Exhibitors/Sponsors

Institutions looking to partner with AAEA and NAREA in support of the Joint Annual Meeting have several ways to do so.

Exhibiting

Exhibitors receive a booth in a high traffic area, along with one free meeting registration. Exhibitors have the opportunity to interact with attendees throughout the entire meeting.

The Joint Annual Meeting program includes advertisements ranging from quarter-page to a full page. Organizations can also advertise by having promotional materials including in attendees' registration packets.

Reunions & Receptions

Universities and institutions can sponsor a Reunion & Reception, providing a place for their employees and alumni to relax at the end of the day and reconnect with old friends. The fee for each Reunion & Reception is $150, plus the cost of any special amenities you would like to include.

Sponsorship

Your organization can sponsor many different types of events at the meeting, such as continental breakfasts or AAEA Section receptions. Sponsors receive one free meeting registration, your organization's logo on all of the relevant signage on site, and a link to your organization's website from this site.

Grants Center

Granting agencies looking to connect with attendees can register for the Grants Center. Registration is free and includes a table in the poster hall where your organization can meet with researchers looking for funding.
