Membership/Meeting Registration Requirements
All presenters, discussants, and panelists at the Joint Annual Meeting must:
- Be a member of their presenting association (AAEA, CAES, or WAEA) by May 3
- Register for the Joint Annual Meeting by May 3
If these deadlines are not met, the corresponding presentation/session will be withdrawn from the program.
AAEA Requests for Waiver
AAEA participants who are not members of the agricultural (and related) economics fields, and therefore not members of AAEA may be considered for a waiver of the membership requirement and/or meeting registration requirement on a case-by-case basis.
Such requests must be submitted in writing to AAEA no later than March 15. The waiver decision will be made by the AAEA President. No waivers will be considered for Selected Presentations. Please submit all requests for waivers to Kristin Agard, at Kristin@aaea.org.
AgEcon Search Submissions
All AAEA Selected Papers and Posters must be submitted to AgEcon Search by May 5. Instructions on submitting each are available below.
- AAEA Selected Papers: A full version of your paper should be uploaded to AgEcon Search. You can find more information in the Instructions for Selected Paper Submissions (PDF).
- AAEA Posters: A PDF of your poster should be uploaded to AgEcon Search. Revisions to your final poster can be made after uploading this PDF. You can find more information in the Instructions for Poster Submissions (PDF).
Audio/Visual Equipment Provided
Please note that each presentation room will be equipped with an LCD projector, screen, and microphone. Presenters will be responsible for bringing their own laptop, if needed.
NOTE: Overhead projectors and laptop computers are not provided. Please plan accordingly.
