Pre-registration for the 2007 AAEA, WAEA, and CAES Joint Annual Meeting closed at midnight on July 23, 2007. On-site registration will resume in Portland, Ore., at the Oregon Convention Center, Prefunction A, during the scheduled Registration Desk hours of:

A limited number of tickets to special events and Speaker Series events may be available at the registration desk. Spouse/Guest Registration
Attendees are encouraged to bring spouses, friends and family to the Annual Meeting. Children under the age of 16 may attend the meeting for free. Guests include any interested party not professionally in the field of agricultural economics or a related discipline. Guests must purchase a ticket in order to attend the opening reception.
Membership Information
Special registration rates are available for current members in good standing of AAEA, WAEA, CAES, ACCI, or AERE. If you are a non-member who will present at the meeting, join now! Current or potential members must pay the registration fee and cannot be registered as a guest of another attendee.
Presenter Information
All presenters at the AAEA, WAEA, and CAES Joint Annual Meeting are governed by specific membership requirements. Read about the requirements at the "For Presenters" tab.
Payment
Checks must be in U.S. dollars, drawn on a U.S. bank, made payable to AAEA. Payments also can be made by MasterCard, Visa, Discover or American Express - simply fill out the payment information section of the registration form.
Cancellation
To cancel your Annual Meeting registration and special event tickets, contact the AAEA office at (414) 918-3190 by 5 pm CDT on July 13. Cancellations are subject to a $50 processing fee. After July 13, only the registration fee-minus the $50 processing fee-can be refunded (no refunds for special events). No refund of any registration fee will be given after July 23.
