Presenter Information
All presenters at the AAEA, WAEA, and CAES Joint Annual Meeting are governed by the following specifications:
AAEA - AAEA Operating Policies state that those presenting a paper, poster, or any other kind of presentation must be members of AAEA and must register for the meeting. Presenters must be members and registered to attend the Annual Meeting by May 1, 2007; presenters not meeting this requirement will be removed from the program at that time.
WAEA - At least one author must be a member of WAEA, and all presenters, speakers and/or discussants at the Meeting must be a member of WAEA and registered for the Annual Meeting. Each member may be the primary/presenting author on only one abstract, but there are no limits to co-authorship on other abstracts submitted by other individuals. However, scheduling conflicts may arise and, unfortunately, may not be resolved for authors who are not the primary, presenting author due the complexity of resolving such conflicts.
CAES - To present a paper at either the Selected Paper or the Principal Paper sessions at least one author must be a current member of the CAES.
