Exhibitors

AAEA is looking for exhibitors or advertisers who want to place their services and products in front of nearly 1,500 economists representing more than 30 countries. Professionals in the fields of economics, food, agriculture, resources, environment, development, rural life, and allied fields will gather to network with colleagues, expand their horizons and upgrade their knowledge. AAEA is the professional association of scientists who use economic tools to analyze issues and solve problems in the areas of agriculture, food, rural communities, and natural resources.

NEW THIS YEAR!! The AAEA General Reception will be held in the Exhibit Hall Sunday evening to give our exhibitors a great opportunity to talk with our attendees.

Registration

Becoming an exhibitor or advertiser at the 2007 AAEA Annual Meeting your products or services will be placed in front of all meeting attendees. Meeting activities are centered in the Oregon Convention Center. If you want to see and be seen at this year's meeting, there is no better place than the Exhibit Area near the registration booth of the convention center. Your exhibit will be in a high visibility area so take advantage of this opportunity to meet our influential professionals. Reserve your space in this year's Exhibit Area.

Advertising

Advertising space is available in the 2007 Annual Meeting program. The closing and cancellation date for advertising is June 8, 2007.

This year, we also offer an excellent "Bag it!" opportunity. AAEA knows that you have information that benefits our members. AAEA helps you place that information directly into the hands of those attending the Annual Meeting in Portland. Members receive their registration materials in a fabric bag imprinted with the meeting logo. Your materials will be placed directly in the official meeting bag along with the registration materials. The sturdy bag will ensure that your information makes it directly to our members.
