Registration
The pre-registration deadline for the 2006 AAEA Annual Meeting has passed. If you would like to register, you will need to do so on-site at the Long Beach Convention and Entertainment Center, room 104 Foyer. See you in Long Beach!

Spouse/Guest Registration
Attendees are encouraged to bring spouses, friends and family to the Annual Meeting. Children under the age of 16 may attend the meeting for free and should be registered on the same form as the attendee. Guests include any interested party not professionally in the field of agricultural economics or a related discipline. Guests must be registered in order to attend the Opening Reception.

Membership Information
Special registration rates are available for current members in good standing of AAEA, ACCI or AERE. AAEA by-laws state that those presenting a paper, poster or any other kind of presentation must be members of a sponsoring organization and must register for the meeting. If you are a non-member who will present at the meeting, join now! Current or potential AAEA members must pay the registration fee and cannot be registered as a guest of another attendee.

Payment
Checks for the 2006 Annual Meeting registration must be in U.S. dollars, drawn on a U.S. bank, made payable to AAEA. Payments also can be made by MasterCard, Visa, Discover or American Express - simply fill out the payment information section of the registration form.

Cancellation
To cancel your Annual Meeting registration and special event tickets, contact the AAEA office at 515-233-3202 by 5 p.m. CDT on July 7, 2006. Cancellations are subject to a $50 processing fee. After July 7, only the registration fee-minus the $50 processing fee-can be refunded (no refunds for Speaker Series events). No refund of any registration fee will be given after 5 pm CDT, July 18.
