Presenters Only

Thank you for your participation in the upcoming AAEA Annual Meeting in Long Beach, California! Below is information pertinent to your presentation. If you have any questions, please contact Adam DeMarie (adam@aaea.org) or Ericka Eregbu (ericka@aaea.org), in the AAEA office.

All sessions will be 1.5 hours long. For selected paper sessions, each paper will be given approximately 20 minutes to present. The last 10 minutes of the session will be open for questions. Audio Visual - Each presentation room will have a screen and a data projector (LCD projector). No overhead projectors or laptop computers will be provided.

Membership/Meeting Registration Requirements - At least one author must be a member of AAEA, and the author making the presentation at the Meeting must be a member of AAEA (or other sponsoring organization) and registered for the meeting. If you have not yet registered, register by June 15 to receive the early registration discounted rate.

Deadlines
 June 1 - Selected Paper presenters - deadline for submitting full papers to AgEcon Search. (Click here for submission instructions). Selected papers not submitted to AgEcon Search by June 1 will be withdrawn from the program.
June 1 - Withdrawal deadline.
June 16 - Early registration deadline (prices increase after this date).
June 16 - Hotel deadline
