Who
AAEA is looking for exhibitors or advertisers who want to place their services and products in front of nearly 1,400 economists representing more than 30 countries. Professionals in the fields of economics, food, agriculture, resources, environment, development, rural life and allied fields will gather to network with colleagues, expand their horizons and upgrade knowledge. AAEA is the professional association of scientists who use economic tools to analyze issues and solve problems in the areas of agriculture, food, rural communities and natural resources.

What
Each Exhibitor Package includes two complimentary meeting registrations, 10' by 10' floor space and two chairs, one skirted table, exhibitor badges and alphabetical listing in the meeting program.

Advertising space is available in the 2005 Annual Meeting program. The closing and cancellation date for advertising is May 15, 2005.

This year, we also offer an excellent "Bag it!" opportunity. AAEA knows that you have information that benefits our members. AAEA helps you place that information directly into the hands of those attending the Annual Meeting in Providence. Members receive their registration materials in a fabric bag imprinted with the meeting logo. Your materials will be placed directly in the official meeting bag along with the registration materials. The sturdy bag will ensure that your information makes it directly to our members.
