Abstract Management System (AMS)
The
COS Abstract Management System (AMS) is a for-profit association
at John Hopkins University. COS AMS is an on-line publishing solution
for professional societies including American Agricultural Economics
Association. It provides the Association with a means to collect
over 1,000 abstracts, accomplish on-line peer reviews and resolutions,
schedule accepted papers, communicate with authors and presenters,
produce the final printed program, and generate individual itineraries
for members.
To
sign in:

Enter
your COS user name and password (not your AAEA user name and
member number).

If
you do not have a COS Username and Password, go to "Create
a New Account" on the "Log In" page. There is
no cost for this.

Select
"Register for AMS".

On
the "Register Your Profile" page, enter all your contact
information.

For
"Organization" use the pull-down menu to find "American
Agricultural Economics Association" and select it.

Choose
a Username containing between 4 and 15 characters. Choose a
Password with a minimum of 6 characters. Username
and password are not case sensitive and can be any unique combination
of letters, numbers, and the special characters - _ / ~ * (
).
Selected
Papers, Posters, Free Sessions and Organized Symposia are all submitted
